  Ordered a meal and 2 extra drinks, only got 2 drinks even though I paid for 3. You disappointed a friend of mine who wanted their drink. Listen to the customer's order before you assume they want a jumbo and not what they actually ordered. Your Drive Through staff need their hearing checked

  I believe this is the store in question... You can't legally make your staff pay if they receive a counterfeit note. Your staff should walk out on you. Learn to treat them appropriately...
